Homebrew I have a question about the Region free launcher on the 3DS

So I saw a thread on this website and read that Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer doesn't work on the region free launcher. It also seems that someone didn't make a list for this kinda thing. I'm just wondering if there is a list out there that tells us any games compaitable with the application. What I mostly need to know though is if Rhythm Heaven: The Best Plus works on the thing.

I've only read about HHD & Fire Emblem: IF not working because of upped security checks or something?

But can definitely attest that happy home designer does not work on this homebrew region free, nor a gateway download play exploit from an earlier firmware.
