Hacking i have a question about burnermax paytool

i dont have any dual layer cds....but i tested the burner max paytool on my laptop dvd writer... and it says not enabled yet, scanning, then failed!!
then i tested the burner max paytool on my pc dvd drive... and it just says, not enabled yet, scanning? and remains this way...
could this mean its compatble with my pc dvd drive? or will i have to get the dual layer cds, to know if it is?

You'll have to get Dual Layered discs regardless, latest IMGBurn has the payload tool build in luckily.
As for your drive, it's likely not compatible.

You'll have to source a compatible drive or search for a Liteon iHAS xxxB drive.

Hi my drive is compatible I do have a question regarding abx360?

I have 1.0.6 version. I did all the settings correctly, and launched sonic 2006!
Everything is green so I'm assuming it's good!!

But then i found out about something called typology? This does not show up? While running abx360? could this be a problem? Should it show up???

You should configure ABGX like this.
If it doesn't shows any red coloured message, that means the ISO isn't stealth patched.

Yellow messages containing the word "SplitVid" can be ignored on the latest iXtreme LT and Xkey devices.
It's an old depreciated way of stealth patching.

i followed that guide and dont get any typology or yellow or red messages, all green, heres a screenshot of what happens...

thanks lads appreciate it...buttt....lol im still confused about the typology?? im assuming it wont show up if the game is fine then??
and if it isnt fine the typology will show?

im only asking becuase every guide ive read i see typology being scanned? im just making sure for when i burn other games. that things dont mess up...

Topology data is only for XGD3 games and games that have AP 2.5.
8.5 GB ISOs are XGD3.
AP 2.5 protected games barely exist, Forza 4 is one, AC Brotherhood is one iirc as well.

No problem.
As long as you run all the ISOs through ABGX with the applied settings from the tutorial, there's pretty much nothing that can go wrong then.
If they can't be fixed by ABGX then you'd have to re-dump/re-obtain them.

What is this? Should I be using xgd3 games? Is it safer?

Or doing it without xgd3 will be fine?

Any 360 ISO that's 8.5 gigs is a XGD3 games.
Games that are 7.2 gigs are XGD2

XGD being Xbox Game Disc.
