Hacking I guess I need to wait for next verion of BootMii

1) As new Wii LU63*, BootMii can not be installed as boot2. So installing as IOS, but in case of brick not sure without homebrew, how will I restore my NAND back.
2) BootMii still as bug installing as IOS as it will not work through eject/power/reset buttons, I will need GC pad.

Any comments?

You pretty much hit it spot on. Fortunately for me, I can install via boot2. For those installing via IOS, you can still backup and restore your nand, but if you brick your Wii in such a way that you can't access HBC or Preloader, then you're still pretty much screwed. But then, that's not really the point of Bootmii... it's all about the extra horsepower available for future homebrew due to access to the second processor.

But purely as brick protection, you're correct. Boot2=yay, IOS=nay(ish).
