So Im at section V 5. now and it says "Launch b9sTool by starting your DSiWare game on the target 3DS "
It doesn't.
I don't know what I did wrong. boot.nds is in root I have the other file in the boot9strap folder.

Did you go to Scores or whatever it is that you need to do to launch it? If so what happens? Does the game act as normal or do you get a white screen or anything?

You have to go to a particular option to launch boot.nds. IIRC you had to test it before doing the system transfer.
