Hacking I can not delete a game.

I have a problem to remove a game and that is that when I get into the configuration the console stays in "Preparing" and after a while it freezes. This happens to me since I installed Minecraft because despite having also installed its update the wii u does not recognize it and asks me to update the game.

I do not know if there is another way to delete titles.
