Gaming I can not carge battery dsi

I have problem with the Nintendo DSi Console
I can not carge battery in my ndsi . When I put power in ndsi nothing happend.

I'm not enough brave to put little daughter's dsi in the freezer.

Could be one of several things:

1. Your charger is shorted/cut/broken somehow. Try a different charger.
2.Your charger port in the DSi is dirty/messed up. Try cleaning it (with a Q tip and rubbing alcohol) and try again.
3. Your battery is dead. You need a new battery.

I told you them in that order; it's best to follow it. the first solution is the cheapest, and so forth.

Then it is a straight up hardware issue; somethign inside the system (related to the charging port) is broken. It's too hard to identify exactly what the problem is; best bet is to call Nintendo (I hope you have a warrantee still).

When you plug the charger in the DSi , does the power light come on and off? If so, it means there is a broken fuse inside , located on the d-pad board, that needs replacement.
