Yeah its the site's fault that some Wii owners don't read the already available warnings to NOT install a Dev System Menu on their production Wii's.

Mine does, because I've modded it. If you're asking if all Wii's have/include a HDD, the answer is no.

I don't think you can use a hdd to save your wii.

very true. Wii's are in abundance as well. I would personally rather get a Wii U and mod it and vWii since it have HDMI inbuilt.

You can find Wiis for very cheap at thrift stores, at least from my experience.
