So I bought a new Black Wii 4.3 and a external 500GB HDD

After I set it up, I followed the Sticky: Modify ANY Wii 4.3 & below, and since I had SSBB (I had a Wii before), I could install HBC easily.

Now I have CFG USB Loader (with a forwarder) and I can run backups from the external drive with no problems.

The question I have is: what else can I do? I have bootmii and priiloader installed (the basic stuff iirc), and some apps in the SD.

what are the other essential things the scene can offer?

For homebrew, i like radio and media players, try installing the homebrew browser

Thanks for the replies, guys. Well I downloaded them all.

Anyone else offering any advice?

Better don't try install themes. You can fuck up.

You can use movie players (WiiMC is the best), emulators (NES, SNES, GameBoy/Color/Advance, N64, PS1, MAME, MASTER SYSTEM, MEGADRIVE and a big etc), some little games like SuperTux and Super Mario War (is AWESOME with friends on your Wii).

Do what Riley told you except use themes.

Look the list of applications what you can use on your Wii: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/List_of_homebrew_applications

If you want to do a theme, the safest way is to download one using ModMii. It will put the theme into the WAD file for you and then there is no chance of accidentally installing a theme meant for a different system menu version.
