Core i7, 8gbs of ram, ati 5850(Gddr5 model) dual 320gb hdd, bluray drive, 1080p screen, two batterys because this thing will suck down the power. I hope to get it by saturday, order it from the Newegg. Can't wait to get my hands on this, be able to play all my games at max graphics at 1080p. and on Saturday, we got a invite to have breakfast at the Microsoft store, since my mother bought a laptop there, which will be fun I hope. thanks for reading kthnxbai

Lol, you payed 50% more for your laptop, than I did for my desktop, and you get inferior performance.
Laptop gaming, IMO, is a waste of money, no upgrade-ability at all and in 3 years it'll be obsolete, while I can just add a new video card.

:/
My opinion anyway. As long as you're happy though.

so for $700 which is half the price of mine before taxes, you have something that has a
Core i7, 8gbs of DDR3 ram, bluray drive/dvd burner, 17in 1080p screen, ati 5780 or better, two WD black 320gb hdd at 7.2k rpms, usb 3.0, can be ran off battery for 5 hours when using the two it comes with.....

Some of us rather have a portability desktop, and 3 years I will probably just buy another speced out high end laptop. honestly I doubt inferior performance unless you have a nvidia 470 or 480, and a crazy overclocked i7

This is old, but I felt I should reply to this anyway.
I said 50% more, not 100% more, if you spent 1400 on your laptop, 1400 / 1.5 = 933 which is just shy of what I payed for my desktop, and your Core i7 is inferior to my i5 750, RAM OK, Blu-ray is irrelevant to performance, I have a 23" 1080p monitor, and my HD 5850 is better than your Mobile HD 5850 (which is worse than a desktop HD 5770?)
