Hacking Hyrule Warrior's Legends hangs

So im on N3dsXl with Reinand Running 9.2 and everything is set up fine but when I try to run Hyrule Warrior's Legends it just hangs on the 3ds screen with the red waves anyone know whats up or how to fix it?
Btw only my second thread so I hope I posted this in the right area

If your emuNAND is on 9.2, then it's because your emuNAND needs updating. I think HWL needs 10.3. It's either that or you need a Cryptofixed CIA.
