the game released on japan, so if you have a 3ds 9.2-, you could just get the region free cia and install it (the game has english in it so you can play it in english depends on your console language) the game runs shit in o3ds though

yeah, I have a n3ds and just installed emunand 10.4, so i everything should work fine. thanks for your help!
