Homebrew Howling Theme Tools Why are the Icons Black?

Hi i'm having trouble using the howling themes tools to install custom theme cias on my 3ds. The themes are installed correctly except for the icons. The icons are shown during the preview but when they are installed the icons are blacked out. I asked this questions on the main Howling Theme Tools Thread and I haven't had a response since May. Any help is appreciated.

I had a similar problem. What I did to fix it was, I uninstalled the theme .cia (something with HMME/HMMP), then I selected a random theme. Finally, I installed the .cia theme again.

Thanks for replying. I was able to get help from Redunka. Apparently the reason why it didn't work was some conflict with my computer and the app. A howling temp folder is created during the cia creation process and the bmp files would come out black instead of a mirrored icon png file. I was able to send the themes to do redunka and he created the cia file for me. Once i installed it there were no problems. I still don't know the fix for my computer.
