How ill i be able to transfer my data from switch 1 to switch 2. is my only option to unmod my switch or take off all the pirated software beAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO GET BANNED! can i use sysnad or will that screw me over.

If you have pirated content on your SysNAND and have connected online, then Nintendo will find out shortly and flag your console. You cannot unban a Switch once it has been banned.

i have no pirated software but i do have some sort of unloaded game? think it is tinfoil. but it isnt recognised so will this matter?

My main question is using file transfer on clean sysnad from console to console safe, so wpuld it be?

It means if you installed a NSP or XCI on your system. Its forever tainted unless you got a super old backup you can restore and then upgrade your system. Tinfoil, if its installed on your system. Then yes, its tainted.

Not sure how JKSV is gonna help you get the saves over to a Switch 2, at least not until its hacked.

This is something only you can answer yourself. Have you ever installed any "external" (ie not officially from Nintendo) stuff on sysnand? If you never did, then it is "clean". To put the question another way, have you been using emunand and only emunand for your non-official stuff right from the start? Ninty keeps a log of everything that happens on sysnand and it gets uploaded to them whenever you connect to the internet with it. There is no indicator of whether it is clean, at least not anything you can access.

Also, no one can guarantee anything at this point in time. We don't even know what new security measures ninty has in store for the switch 2. We are all guessing based off theory what should work.

Hey, i am going to use haku 33 to reset sysnand. will this clean it? and in the procces of deleting all my games, will i be able to acces them again via my nintendo account?
