Gaming How to very a disc is not damaged?

I bought a disk that looks very questionable and I am concerned that some data cannot be read.

Is there a way to verify all the data can be read? Is there a homebrew app for that? I guess I could try to back up the game but I don't have a hard drive for it.

Edit: I just dumped the game via wupdumper. Indeed the disc is bad.
