So..how do I use it? I downloaded the lastest libogc file, but I don't know where to really put it. And I have the latest dol file too. What do I do with the channel anyway??

You don't need the libogc folder. If you want a channel, install the channel wad. Create a folder called wiixplorer in the apps folder of your sd card. Copy the dol file in the wiixplorer folder and rename the file to boot.dol. Put the icon.png and the meta.xml also in the wiixplorer folder.
