Gaming How to Use Poke B/W DrmWrld Ablty Cheat

I'm playing Pokemon White on EDGE, I have downloaded the cheat.
I open the "Encounter Codes" and see option "Dream World Pokemon Encounter"

The important part of the description is blocked by the next option

I can only see this part:

Press L+R to have the first 2 items in your Items Bag to have an amount 649 and 100, Toss the number of items needed to get the national Pokedex number for the Pokemon wanted for the first item and the level number for the second item.
Hold select and press A at the Wii --------------------------------

the "----" is the blocked part and there's the word "Wii" in it? What?

Can someone please explain how it works?

The Wii is probably the Wii at your home.

What if you don't have a Wii. I was hoping to use that cheat code for the zen ability one of the new pokes have.

Yes, its referring to Wii in our room (in game), but it always freeze whenever I tried this cheat
