I don't know what the hell message pop up say, you need directx9 or opengl game. Ok wtf is this? My laptop don't have highest video graphic or anything highest level. Why I need that? Only I want to is live on emulator or any game as fan game. Not frigging highest video graphic video game or anything.

Screen capture programs must capture an OpenGL or DX9+ stream, as previous versions don't support capture.

Therefore, the emu you are using needs a DX9 (or OpenGL) video plugin.

Besides, try XSplit. Anything else is crap.
