Ok, I found out how it works now. All written tutorials forgot to mention that you have to press select to switch between themes. But if you delete a theme you have in use, will it automatically go back to the standard theme? How do you get the standard theme back if you wanted it?

If you want back the standart theme of the R4 Firmware delete all other themes or select Automatic theme mode because you can have 12 themes and every theme is for each month. So if you have all 12 themes full and them you select Automatic theme mode at this month it will open the theme in the theme06 directory and show it. if you do not have any theme in a directoy called theme06 then it will show you the standard theme every month until it finds a directory for one month again.
