Hacking How to upscale games that output in 240p to 480i/p and higher ?

My HDTV does not support 240p: https://ibb.co/n6kjbrh it only supports 480i/p to 1080p as input.

I have both a component cable and a Wii2HDMI adapter.

I am using Loader GX and Wiiflow lite to play Wii games, Are there any Wii games that output in 240p ? if so, how do I upscale them to 480i/p so that my TV can display them ?

I use Nintendont to load my GC games, Are there any GC games that output in 240p ? if so, is there a way to upscale them to 480i/p so that my TV can display them ?

I use Not64 to play N64 games...Is there a workaround for this as well ?

Does the Wii2HDMI adapter accept a 240p signal ?
