Homebrew How to update to 3.2u ?

I have a 3.1u with most IOS updated (except 60 and 61) and i don't want to jump to 4.0 right now, but i would like to play most Wiiware games that won't load untill i get 3.2u

My wii isn't connected to the internet, so i need a offline solution... can somebody give a hand here?

What game should i get to update my Wii to 3.2u? Or, is there a Wad or other file i can download to update it?

I am in the same boat. I would like to know. I have read one way is to upgrade to 4.0 and downgrade to 3.2. Just wonder if there is an easy way to go from 3.1 -> 3.2.

Install CIOSCorp and download a semi-brick fix disc for your region. Load it from the disc channel and update. You can also download the semi-brick fix disc and using Wii Scrubber, extract the sysmenu WAD from it and install it via WAD Manager.
