Hacking Question How to switch from SX OS to Atmosphere?

I'm a SX OS user and my Switch always worked well with this CFW. Now that SX OS is stucked to firmware 11.0.0 I need a different CFW that supports 11.0.1. I was looking at Atmosphere, but I don't know how to make the switch from SX OS to that CFW. Any suggestions?
