Gaming How to stream with New Nintendo 3DS XL?

I want to stream with my New Nintendo 3DS XL, so I wanna learn how to do that. Can someone tell me how and even explain it?
PS I mostly own 3DS games Digitally and only games I own Physical for 3DS is: Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Pokémon White.

Snickerstream should do the trick. It has a neat Where to start guide and it should let you choose between the methods available and what suits best for you.
Bear in mind that you need a powerful Internet connection to make it work properly.

Thank you, but now I have other problem. Problem comes from this: to use Snickerstream I need NTR, for NTR I need FBI and for FBI I need CFW. But I can't find total newbie guide for CFW, so I need total newbie guide for CFW.
And I have question: is this all legal?
