Hacking how to setup region free on preloader 0.20 and Corps

I recently updated from 3.2u to 4.0 with wanin updater and installed the ios60 patch
I managed to get prloader to use some of the additional hacks but i just cant get region free

i also install the cioscorps v2 and the ios60bf.wad
set preloader to recover the corruption and still no disk channel loading

if anyone could help me with the region free and corps that would be great thanks

sorry i mean Preloader 0.29 for 4.0
