How to run DS ROMs from (micro)SD in TWL_FIRM

1. Download the patched CIA below.
2. Install it.
3. Reboot into TWL_FIRM (more on that below).

This CIA will install a shortcut on your HOME Menu.
When that shortcut is launched, the 3DS will reboot into the DSi HOME Menu.
The DSi HOME Menu will contain a new button, "Load from (micro)SD" below the usual buttons.
Select "Load from (micro)SD", and a File Explorer will pop up.
Navigate to your ROM and open it.
Have fun!
