Hacking How to Restore DS Save after Corruption?

I've been running CFW for a while, things went smoothly for a bit. Then my SD card corrupted. I've recovered the system and things are stable now. However, I would absolutely love to be able to load in my old Pokmon Platinum save from my TwiLight saves. I backed them up and have them on a separate drive, of course.

To summarize: CFW installed, running everything fine.
TwiLight Menu++ installed, running everything fine.

Is there any known way to restore the Twilight Save files and load them in without problems? I did browse a few forum posts before posting. From what I read, I may need to decrypt them?

NDS saves are not encrypted. You just drag and drop them where TWiLight Menu reads them off.

To convert saves between different DS emulators, flashcart, and TWiLight Menu.

If that's the case, your saves were also corrupted alongside the rest of your SD card contents.
