How to Resize Wiinnertag Image to Conform to Sig Rules?

So I havbe a Wiinnertag that needs to be dynamic (updates whenever I play a game) and not static, a la XBL/PS3/Steam GamerCards.
Sadly, the image is 500x175. How to go about resizing such images, or is there a site that would do it for me?
I have seen some users with Wiinnertags and... yeah... "View Image Info". Dimensions say "500x175".

Since Wiinertags auto-update, i'm not sure a site can do it for you... Unless you write some custom PHP of course, but.

yeah pretty much the extension to the image tag.If Costy sees it he'll probably understand.
