Using legal means to take down something hosting illegal content is not what you were talking about.

You were talking about using illegal means to kill off the people behind gbatemp since you wouldn't be able to do it through legal means.

Trying to decide if you are stupid of if the post involved more than 2 sentences and you got bored, of if somehow you are just annoyed I have moved on in the conversation and pissed off I never offered you exact specific legal quotes as if I would ever waste time with exact specific legal quotes in a multi national forum.

But what's interesting so far, is how everyone I have mentioned the idea off forum, has thought it funny you think Nintendo 'would never risk their reputation' crushing this site by even underhanded vicious methods. I guess the criminal world would be a massive shock to you.

I think this site causes more harm to third parties than Nintendo itself, and tend to agree with the idea that Nintendo wouldn't shut this place down.

I think at worst they'd put out a cease & desist of some sort as they did to a rom site with a forum, but they didn't even shut down the popular direct-download rom site with a forum that I can't mention specifically.

The site I'm referring to actually profited off hosting Nintendo's, and third party DS content along with some other platforms', by selling "extra bandwidth".
GBAtemp does nothing so direct that legal action could so easily be levied against.
