ROM Hack How to manually decrypt romfs, exefx and exh with xorpads?

Hello Community,
right now I want to create a regionfree cia of Bravely Second.
The Problem: None of the existing converters are able to create a regionfree cia with using the original .3ds and xorpads.
Now I've created the xorpads and used MEX to merge exefs_norm.xorpad and exefs_7x.xorpad.

I'm really new in doing things like this and now I want to know how I can decrypt the Encrypted Files (romfs, exefs and exh) by using the xorpads.
I want to change the Region in the icon.bin (02 00 00 00 to 7f ff ff ff), and build a cia out of the decrypted/modified files.
How can I do this?
COuld someone write me a simple tutorial, please?
I guess when I decrypt all the files manually, I would be able to create a regionfree cia.

EDIT: After trying many times and some days, I got this shit finally to work!
I was able to build a Region Free Version of Bravely Second JPN as Cia! <3

I tried today to generate the xorpads by myself and it worked just fine. It was a bad xorpads issue?

not sure. but right now, I was able to create a regionfree game
