Well, it's an updated version, with the same function, so I guess it's performing that function somehow better.

Tried mk Armageddon pal on a ntcs wii with gamma . patched it to 249 and nothing yet , still freezes afther the controler menu

i am burning sam and max as we speak will let you know if it works patched to 249

negative on sam and max season one does not work

For the records:

Metal Slug Anthology is fully working with IOS Patch set to IOS249, Metal Slug 6 loads, works, finishes and loads same as original.

why you wanna do that , and what are you running ??? do you have a modchip??? you only softmoded your wii ??? you softmod with 3.2 and Starfall ??? please when you ask for info , be sure to give info about your console , thanks

after you patch the game just burn and run , in your case force NTSC , and burn speed x4

I'm trying to play MKA NTSC on GAMMA, I have a modchip. Wii is on 3.2 with StarFall installed. It's the only GAME that I cannot run and I am getting the same issue after the controller menu.

I have the same issue. Game freezes after the controller screen. Mine is PAL. Im on 3.3E and no modchip. Using TH with backup channel gamma. Im gone try patching the iso with this and then I will report back. I doubt it will work though.

It works for me now. I changed it to 249 and it worked perfectly fine. There was a small waiting time after the controller screen but it works

I have a quick question though. If I do this with every game even the ones that work without this method, will it have any affect on them? At the moment I only have about 4 games that needed this to work. However, it would be much easier if I did this straigt away with every ISO I want to burn. That way it would be nearly impossible to get a wasted dvd unless its a bad ISO.

just tried the this on medal of honor and loaded with both my normal boot loader 0.1 and 0.3gamma and now they both freeze on the wii mote screen instead of the black screen just after. any ideas

If you want to install Gamma, you need the Gamma cIOS too. And DVDx is not needed anymore.

when it ask you to imput a ios just type 249 press enter

my bad i opened the patcher first then tried dragging the file across from my other harddrive and it wasnt asking me what version i wanted to patch to it just gave me the file address and then went blank thanks for yor help though
