Hacking Question How to know if I am using Incognito? And if I am, I am using it correctly?

Hi there, guys!

I am currently using Atmosphère 0.17.1 with an emuMMC with firmware 10.2.0. I wanted to use internet features with the emuMMC and tried to use Incognito (from blawar), so I went to the Incognito repository and downloaded the latest release (Incognito 1.5), placed the NRO in my SD, went to run it on my switch, and made a backup of prodinfo, then installed incognito.

Everything seemed okay because I got a message that said that I needed to restart my switch, so I did, and tried to connect to my Wifi network, so I did and everything seemed normal, so I switched to airplane mode before doing anything else, because I am not sure if I did it correctly, and if I did, if there is a way to check that everything went okay so I don't get banned?

The problem here, is that I read that I should use Incognito 2.0 which comes with latest builds of Tinfoil, so I tried to use tinfoil, but got an error saying that I should delete Kosmos, but I am not using Kosmos, I am using Hekate only to boot my emuMMC, so I can't use that Incognito 2.0 and I am worried if I will have any problems just using the old Incognito version (1.5).

I have looked for my switch console serial, and it's empty, so I guess everything is okay.

Is there something else I should do? Or perhaps an alternative (which is not using 90DNS)?

I am using Hekate only to boot my emuMMC

Thats what this garbage tinfoil means. Kosmos=Hekate+Atmosphere. It isn't compatible with it. Throw tinfoil far far away and download the games somewhere else. And for incognito, use this. Or exosphere from atmosphere.

Yeah, I wasn't pretending to use Tinfoil to install anything, I prefer the offline safe way, I was just trying to use it as a way to get Incognito 2.0.

what ive done is replace the sig patches in my folders with the normal atms on latest update and inject that way , then my tinfoil always works .

I would argue its unnecessary extra protection for no benefit. The best protection is blocking Nintendo's servers at the source: your router.
