Hacking how to install specific file from usb wii u helper?

I downloaded xenoblade chronicles x USA, errored on me wup installer. checked the sfv file from another user, I have one bad file corrupted which is title.cert.
how can I redownload only the specifc file? because I tried the option to dl the file from the wii usb helper but the structure is different and I dont see the file I need.
