get save data filer, dump your save, edit it and then re-import the save via save data filer again, it will work on roms and eshop games, but not retail carts in classic mode

oh okay that sounds simple enough , im new to the "hacking scene" so what data filer do you think is the easiest to use , and comes with a noob tutorial ?

1. Update to GW 2.6.
2. Install SaveDataFiler (.CIA), search the forums. ;) (Not that you'd need to open this topic if you did.)
3. Select Pokemon X/Y from the GW Rom Selector (press Select) in your HomeMenu, or insert the original Pokemon X/Y cartrigde.
4. Open SaveDataFiler, and do/select >extract CTR cartridge save.
5. Go to your SD:/filer < You will find your save file inside a folder there.
6. Open the 'main' filer which you will find with PKHex (make a backup) and have fun.

Insert the original cart wouldn't work, as savedatafiler does not work in classic mode.
(afaik none of the .cia installed works in classic mode)

I was not aware that Classic Mode didn't run any games...

But I was referring to the EmuNand, I don't see why you would use the Classic Mode anyways?

so where can i download the savedatafiller ? i tried googling but i couldn't find it

No. (As in, no, it is copyrighted, illegal, read the stickies, do a bit of effort.)

And for more info about the savedatafiler, it's actually all hidden here ;)

What about with Sky3DS. With the new Update of DiskWritter?

Unless you saved the game on a 4.5 console, it wouldn't work. You'd be in the same boat as the rest of us on 9.x consoles currently. The save files used on the Sky3DS card use the proper save encryption which means they use the v6+ save file keys which haven't been leaked yet. The Gateway doesn't properly implement save encryption, so that's why you can modify saves from games run on the Gateway. Sky3DS doesn't do much other then emulate a retail cart to fool the 3DS into booting it. So it uses the same save file encryption that official carts use. ;)

So far i havent found anything about how to get rid of thosse .cia files and the installations on the 3ds. Does anyone know?

Disable the server and then the emunand runs great , no more need to enter internet before use anything else D:."
