Hacking How to fix 9.90 issue without usb?

I have actually 5.50 GEN-D3 installied, a very old CFW, but i wanted to install a permanet 6.20 CFW
I am getting the 9.90 issue when try to update to OFW 6.20
All the tutorials include usb connection but i dont have a usb cable, because my psp is very old (PSP 1000)
i bought last year a usb charger cable for the psp but sadly i lost it xD
so is there something to fix the 9.90 issue or any other way to install 6.20 cfw?

For the record, it’s just a standard mini usb cable (not to be confused with micro usb).

try to pandorize the console with 5.00m33-4 then update. you don't need the psp for that, just a pandora battery and to create the magic memory stick using ultra lite's mms creator

how do i know if i have a pandora battery?
is there a detailed tutorial for this?
