Hacking how to fix 022-2634 error?

I've looked online EVERYWHERE and none helped me
I don't know what to do anymore l! How can I unlink this NNID and put a new one? Please help

Remember your NNID and password.
If you can't remember, then it's bricked.
If you receive this 3DS from another person, kick his ass and ask him for the password.

if i am right, if you fornat via system settins the nnid will be UNlinked

I tried that and restored the back up EmuNand but didn't work
