I want to export file .Bin in Grand bazzar but I don't know how to open it.. Anything tool possibly can open it?
I want to make project translation to this game...

I assume you've already opened the rom in tinke or a similar program to access the bin files.
.bin is usually a default extension name, it doesn't really mean anything, just that it's a custom file format.
What you need is either you or someone to figure out that file format (usually by looking into the file with a hex editor) and write an extracting + repacking script.

A good idea too is to check if games from the same series (and preferably same devs) have existing tools or documented file formats already. It's frequent for games to be re-using similar file formats.
