Hacking How to copy Folder Games to External NTFS HDD?

Hi Guys, I'm new here and i recently bought a used PS3 Because i wanna play PS3 Exclusive Games.

I wanna ask, How to copy Folder Games to External NTFS HDD?
I Have a .PKG Game "Sengoku Basara 4 : Sumeragi" and then i installed them, The problem is my Internal HDD is Only 60GB, i cannot Upgrade it because the screw is Stripped.
And my plan is Copy that game into my External Drive and Convert that Game into ISO so i can play it on External Drive Using Webman or MM or Irisman.

Good luck. NTFS on ps3 has always been problematic for me. It seems to be drive dependant. I can read games on external NTFS using webman. I can write on extfat4 drive in MMCM if I reload.
