Easy, not for free. There is a vpn what give you 500 mb / month for free, its called OKFreedom I used on the past because comes on a bundle of Nero Burning ROM, wasn't bad.

ProtonVPN is free. The free plan only has servers in a few different countries though. But it might be enough.
It should be easy enough to use, you just log in hit connect and select a location.
Netflix/Prime Video don't work with it, I think. Both like to ban VPN IPs frequently so only a few paid services that keep changing their IPs work with those two.

I see. Unfortunatly this is not straight forward, limited or cosly. We need to free the internet.

Proton VPN offers a free tier but it's limited to 3 countries. Gotta pay for more countries. I use the free tier and it's sufficient for what I do. Just note that p2p isn't supported unless you pay either.

There's an app you download for windows android etc and it's easy as pie to use. App does all the work for you

Cell phones. Seems most phones are built to work around the world now, hence why you can import phones that aren't available where you live and still use it. (once you get past the language barrier) Make sure it's unlocked so you can use it on any carrier then you can just grab a prepaid SIM for whatever country you're in and load it up with however much data credit you think you'll need.

couple that with an app like PDANet+ and you can get at least a computer online no problem.
