I'm not completely sure what you're asking for, but it's something about flashme and R4 loader. _DS_MENU.DAT can be decrypted and encrypted using a tool in the download section (r4crypt).

If what you're asking is how to encrypt flashme as _DS_MENU.DAT so it can auto-boot, use the method above. Otherwise I have no idea what you're asking
