Gaming how does one make a group on steam? is it free?

I'm trying to advertise a website that I actively admin and I saw the Gbatemp group on steam and said, why don't I make my own group on steam.. so, How do I make my own group on steam and is it free?

I can't remember how to make a group, though.

On the main Steam UI, next to the "Community" tab, you'll see your user tab. Click on it, click on "Groups" in the dropdown menu, then click on "Create a New Group".
