Currently just gba games, my m3 minisd is having problems with DS games. Keep on getting read errors, so it'll just be gba games until I get AK2 in the mail.

Games (duh)

Homebrew i use is

DS organize (for the browser)

BeUp (basically MSN where ever i go in my house)

Emulation for SCUMM, SNES, NES and Genises (more games)

music videos and some stand up clips (it's all bull sh*t, and it's bad for ya and some def comedy).
-for vids i just rip FLV clips and convert... the quality isnt really gonna get much better or even that noticeable on the DS.. or just download a video in DPG format..

I just started to use Comic Book DS to read ebooks (converted from PDF, works extremely well).

I also use the Colors app, not to draw but rather to keep written notes.. very handy and much more functional than crappy DS Notes

Nowadays I use it as a touchscreen dictionary or for replaying old classic games of mine (SONIC 3 FUCK YES)
I have (and would recommend) an MP3 player to quench my needs for tunes and movies

I use it ~50% of the times to play games.
I don't have speakers @ my dad's house, so I listen music with lmp-ng there.
When I go on holiday I watch movies with Tuna-viDS.(DivX, much better than DPG)
Uh...
O yea, I also use MSN on it frequently, because Live Messenger sucks.

Gambia, The
Almost exclusively games, both commercial and homebrew.
I usually fiddle around with interesting-looking homebrew apps, when they are released, but I have yet to find one that I actually stick with.
For music and video on the go, I use my mobile.

Mostly for games / homebrew games / emulation.

Once used DSOrganize to make notes - didn't have anything to write

I used to use it soley for games but have recently got into reading ebooks on it when I go to bed. The files are so tiny I grabbed almost everything off moonbooks site and a few others elsewhere. Probably got around a years worth of reading on it under 5MB lol.

Games/Homebrew/Emulation

I have a zune for music and movies. (well... up until this past monday anyway, when i pulled the zune out, and the screen was cracked.... on the inside... THAT sucked to see)

And, holy hell if NeoDS isn't an amazing emulator. 95% of neogeo roms play after conversion. YAY! That just added +3 awesome points to my DS.

Oh, and Cooking Mama is a great game as well. Just started playing that a week ago.

So far, only games. But I when I get a DSTT then I plan on using videos, music, homebrew and apps on my DS. I wonder if I'll ever have time for games

No, I'd still use my DS to game.

I wonder...is there anyway to listen music files while playing a DS game?

I also plan to use my DS for web browsing and ofcourse text files and audio books

A fun but kinda annoying after a while way to do it is to use WMM and add it yourself and save as WMV. Good way to pass time.

And in batchdpg progam you can add subtitles before conversion.

Coverting from DVDs and adding subtitles is a pain. Coverting .avi and add subtitles is very easy. I'm still finding a way to covert DVDs with subtitle in an easy way.

Haven't tried Super though.

You can use DVDFab Platinum to convert your DVDs directly into DPG.

*EDIT*
And yes, you can add subtitles to the DPG through the software. But there's no way to turn them on or off on the DPG since the text becomes merged as part of the picture.
