Hacking how do you use .3ds roms using a9lh?

While were on the subject, which .cia installer installs large games in 5-10min?

Last .cia I installed (senran kagura 2, 2GB or so) and it took a quite a while. Yet whenever .cia vs .3ds comes up, I see plenty of "takes 5-10min with a good sd", but never any more details.

FBI installs pretty fast. Even on a class 10, but that's just me.
