I had a idea of making some o3ds game where there's a circle that spins when you hold it with the stylus, but I have no coding knowledge.
Help!

Hate to say it bud, but you'll need some knowledge of coding to make this happen. There are different environments and methods of doing this, but to make things do what you want them to do, you'll need to learn programming basics.

That being said, if you're serious about it and/or want to become a developer in the future, there are some great engines and resources that are free* with some fantastic documentation/instructional videos to get you started.

My suggestion: Look into common free gaming engines (Godot and Unity are good choices), learn the basics of that environment by going through simple projects made to help get you started, then start looking into the programming language of choice. Stick to it, and you'll have something later.
