Hacking Question How do I update emuNAND without WiFi?

Hi, so basically I'm wondering how do I update the emuNAND of my Switch without WiFi connexion (I want to update from 9.1.0 to 9.2.0)? I don't want to connect my emuNAND to internet because I fear that I will be banned and won't be able to play online anymore on the sysNAND. Do y'all know where I could get update files of 9.2.0? And is it safe to do so? Thank you.

I don't know if this is useful but I have Atmosphere as CFW and I uptaded it to the last version so it would be compatible with 9.2.0, same thing for Hekate.
