ROM Hack How do I translate NDS Roms?

I want to know how do GBAtemp people can translate these NDS ROMs, the programs, how do I translate, etc...
Does someone know? Thanx if someone answer here.

You'll need a hex editor (try crystaltile2), a rom unpacker (try dslazy/dsbuff), and programming experience. Every game is different, so you just have to open it up and examine it to try and figure out how it works.
