Hardware How do I save pokemon games.

What do I need to do in order to save my pokemon game?

Go to save in the menu?

I can't....it says battery has run dry or something, then it says looking for backup memory...then it says error cannot save the game.

Are you using an Emulator such as VBA?

No this is on my GBA. I have an EZ-FLash IV. I uploaded the ROM using the EZ4 client and I checked the box Add Save Patch and it made a folder named .saver on the memory card and it seems to save it to there. I'm not too sure if this is the proper way to do it.

I'm not familiar with the EZ-Flash IV sorry I can't help you. The best you can do for now I'd say is try repatching the rom to the card.
