Homebrew How do I remove Twilight Menu++ from a 3DS XL without the original SD card?

my sister bought a used nintendo 3DS XL (original model) and it came with a lot of custom firmware, I know nothing about hacking and stuff, but I want to return the system to its factory default, even though teh system did not come with an SD card (which I think is reqired for using/altering CFW)

The limited ASK! section is not a good point for discussion complex things.
Not mentioning previous or present software modification is a bad move by the seller of the system.

I generally advise against uninstalling CFW. Normally I'm hesitant to self-advertise my own thread… Please give it a read. Yes, it is long. Couldn't make it shorter.
