Gaming HOW DO I REFORMAT MY WII?!?

I have not played or hacked my Wii in a year, and I forgot how to hack it and stuff. I really just want to delete it and get the newest official firmware. I am scared though. Cause I cant figure out how to install boot mii. or boot 2 what ever its called

Just follow the guide on the top of the stickies, no need to delete anything. It will update you to 4.2 and also re-softmod your Wii

virginize is the term for removing all mods and restoring it to the state the Wii would be in if you didn't mod it.
Updating won't delete all the mods.

Also, there's a reformat button in the Wii's settings. But you want to avoid that, as reformatting the Wii with any hacks on it usually causes the Wii to brick.

Did you even LOOK at the guide? or just stay in the forums and click the spoilers? This is one of the best written guides to hack your Wii. Click on "CompleteSoftmodGuide" if you didn't. If you did and your still confused, then I dunno what to tell you.
