DSi ROMs won't work on Drastic for Android. They only work on NO$GBA (IIRC)

Really? I've never really heard of NO$GBA being a DSi emulator, DeSmuME only emulates DS Phat/Lite...

Can it emulate anything perfectly? DSi-only games? DSiWare? Even the DSi Menu and system software if possible?

Not sure, honestly, but I'm willing to guess exclusive games work, extended features (eg Pokemon) may not, and the menu likely won't.

No, only no$gba supports dsiware. Drastic is based on desmume iirc, so unless someone ports no$gba to android there isn't a way
