Gaming How Do I Create an XP Boot CD?

I need to fresh install my computer running Windows XP, but I don't think that my computer came with an installation CD.

I found a few guides online, but those needed the original CD. Does anyone here know how to create a Windows XP SP3 Boot CD?

thats just SP3, doesnt contains windows xp, just fixes for it

Microsoft doesn't allow people to download the ISOs anymore unless you have a dev net (or whatever) subscription and are logged in.
