Hacking How do I check my IOS's

Can someone tell me how do I check what IOS's and cIOS's I have installed on my wii?

ios check (edit: oops, i mean sign check)
dop ios mod
any title deleter (be careful not to delete anything useful)
fs toolbox + show mii nand
pimp my wii
title lister (i think that's what its called)

there are probably more, but i'm working from memory

open HomeBrew Channel and open one of the listed here to see what's inside your Wii. No need to install things

PS: You have to copy one of the files listed before opening the HBC
